Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service at all times.
• Smile, make eye contact and thank customers after fulfilling requests.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workstation per 5S standards.
• Ensure product availability, quality, and sanitary conditions to satisfy customers.
• Maintain Deco Pac inventories with bakery manager and follow corporate guidelines.
• Maintain butter cream colors and seasonal varieties daily.
• Assist with production and shrink control with bakery manager.
• Operate bakery equipment including ovens, mixers, and utensils.
• May stand in for the baker in the manager’s absence.
• Ensure high levels of customer courtesy and service at all times.
• Handle special orders (e.g., cakes) for customers.
• Adhere to all company policies and sanitation regulations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
