Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience in fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist customers and maintain in-stock levels.
• Plan bakery production and ensure quality of decorative designs following recipes.
• Use handheld tools to drive sales and assist with product quality and training.
• Manage bakery area, ensure date codes and waste reduction, support seasonal events.
• Model high-quality service and mentor other associates to work effectively as a team.
• Follow policies, ethics, and safety guidelines in all duties.
• Prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and identify opportunities for improvement.
