Job summary

Sam's Club in Kokomo, IN is seeking a Cake Decorator to join our bakery team. You will learn and apply decorating techniques, operate tools, help customers, and keep products fresh and well presented.

You will follow safety and sanitation standards, use handheld devices to support sales, and collaborate with teammates to deliver a great member experience. Flexible hours may apply; training provided.

Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Acknowledgement to complete trainings and assessments as required.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: collaborates with cross functional teams and educates others on tools, tasks and resources.
• Be an Expert: plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy of decorations, follow recipes and safety standards.
• Be a Techie: use handheld devices to drive sales, improve shopping experience and assist in training.
• Be an Owner: drive bakery performance, ensure quality and date control, assist customers and resolve issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: model high service standards and mentor others for a team‑oriented environment.
