Price Chopper seeks a bakery team member to deliver fast, friendly service and ensure quality products. You will greet customers, manage standard orders, and maintain a clean, organized workspace while following safety rules.

You will assist with inventory, seasonal decorations, and operate ovens and mixers. The role may involve leading in the manager's absence and handling special cake requests with care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 6–12 months related experience.
• Basic literacy skills and basic computer skills.
• Satisfactory performance reviews and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service.
• Greet customers with a smile, make eye contact, and thank them.
• Keep a neat, clean, and organized workstation per 5S standards.
• Ensure product availability, quality, and sanitary conditions.
• Maintain Deb Deco Pac inventories with Bakery Manager.
• Maintain variety and seasonal colors for decorations daily.
• Assist in production and shrink management with bakery manager.
• Operate bakery equipment (ovens, mixers, utensils).
• May act as baker in absence of manager and first clerk.
• Handle special cake orders and customer requests.
• Adhere to all company policies and sanitation regulations.
• Support relocating hours or shifts as needed.
