Qualifications

• Clear communication when taking orders and gathering details for custom requests.
• Cake decorating experience with icing, piping, and finishing techniques.
• Familiarity with preparing icing, whipped toppings, and decorative elements.
• Consistency in design execution, labeling, and presentation aligned with order specifications.
• Effective management of multiple orders while maintaining workflow and meeting timelines.
• Understanding of how to maintain visually consistent and well-stocked display cases.
• Ability to read and interpret order forms, tags, and production instructions.
• Comfort working with changing priorities and varying order volume.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and product handling requirements.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 lbs occasionally.
