Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a part-time Cake Decorator in Madison Heights, MI to prepare and decorate cakes for various occasions and maintain the cake display cases. The role involves handling orders, inventory, and sanitation while delivering a friendly customer experience.

Responsibilities include managing dates and stock, processing orders, and potentially assisting in deli/bakery areas as needed. This position emphasizes attention to detail, creativity, and teamwork in a fast-paced store

Responsibilities

Managing cake out-dates daily.
Receiving and processing cake orders.
Managing cake and icing inventory.
Managing cake decorating station to include preparing icing's and following all sanitation procedures.
Maintaining a positive, friendly working relationship with customers, team members and leadership.
Stocking and maintenance of product and product displays according to quality and merchandising standards.
Potential for working in our deli and bakery areas.
