Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking an experienced Cake Decorator in Mentor, OH. You will prepare and decorate cakes for various occasions and keep the cake case stocked and well-presented throughout your shift.

You will manage cake out-dates, process orders, and handle cake/icing inventory while maintaining sanitation and safety standards. A friendly, customer-focused approach and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Managing cake out-dates daily.
• Receiving and processing cake orders.
• Managing cake and icing inventory.
• Managing cake decorating station to include preparing icing's and following all sanitation procedures.
• Maintaining a positive, friendly working relationship with customers, team members and leadership.
• Stocking and maintenance of product and product displays according to quality and merchandising standards.
• Potential for working in our deli and bakery areas.
