The role requires cake decorating experience, the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. FT/PT status varies with store needs and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous cake decorating experience required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Observe all store rules and company policies.
• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Icing, decorating, packaging, pricing and labeling products.
• Fulfill special orders including specialty cakes.
• Display merchandise in an attractive, appealing and neat manner.
• Maintain general housekeeping and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
• Must be able to lift 25lbs or more routinely.
