Baskin-Robbins Kingwood seeks a dependable Cake Decorator to produce high-quality decorated cakes and manage the store's cake program. The role includes decorating, fulfilling online/phone/in-person orders, and restocking display freezers with attention to detail and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous cake decorating or bakery experience preferred.
• One year of cake decorating experience is a plus, but no barrier to motivated learners.
• Experience managing inventory, production, or customer orders is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; culinary training helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and prepare cake orders online, by phone, and in person.
• Decorate cakes according to Baskin-Robbins standards and customer specifications.
• Ensure cake orders are completed accurately and ready by the promised pickup time.
• Maintain cake freezers and rotate stock to ensure freshness.
• Communicate with customers regarding designs, availability, and pickup times.
