Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain enthusiastic, fast, friendly, and accurate customer service to create a positive shopping experience.
• Provide courteous and helpful support to other associates.
• Understand ingredients, mixes, icings; coordinate colors.
• Understand production standards for processing of all product.
• Follow manuals for processing, labeling, etc.
• Ensure department sanitation and proper food handling.
• Manage ordering, receiving, prep, conditioning and display per guidelines.
• Adhere to company policies and standard practices.
• Follow Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines.
• Report accidents per Food Lion procedures to Manager on Duty.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, FDA regulations.
• Wear Food Lion uniform with name badge when on duty.
• Understand and use ACIS and CAO tools.
• Complete CBT, Training Pack, and Training Aid courses.
• Perform all other duties as assigned
