With 5+ years of professional experience in cake decorating, you will craft buttercream, fondant, and piping designs, manage time effectively, and collaborate with a tight-knit team to deliver show-stopping desserts while working weekends during peak wedding season.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional cake decorating experience (wedding and custom cakes preferred).
• Strong skills in buttercream, fondant, and piping techniques.
• Ability to execute both classic and modern cake designs with precision.
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously.
• Accountability for meeting deadlines and maintaining consistent quality and performance.
• A positive, collaborative attitude and pride in craftsmanship.
• An appreciation for a culture that values both creativity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work weekends and some holidays, primarily during busy wedding seasons.

Responsibilities

• Work with the bakery team to ensure flawless execution of custom orders.
• Collaborate with the team on quoting cakes accurately, factoring in design complexity, time, and materials.
• Collaborate with clients' design requests and bring creative visions to life.
• Maintain consistency, precision, and attention to detail across all products.
• Learn from and work alongside other highly qualified decorators to continually sharpen technique.
• Assist with production, preparation, and finishing work as needed.
• Keep decorating tools and workspace clean and organized.
• Join a creative, supportive team of highly skilled professionals.
