Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Decorate cakes, cupcakes, and other bakery items according to guest requests and company standards.
• Create custom designs using icing, fondant, and other decorative elements.
• Ensure all products meet quality, freshness, and visual presentation standards.
• Provide friendly, helpful, and respectful guest service at all times.
• Consult with guests to understand design needs, themes, and special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery and decorating area.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Manage time effectively to meet production schedules and order deadlines.
• Assist with baking, filling, and preparing products as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels of decorating supplies and communicate needs to leadership.
• Stay informed on bakery promotions and seasonal offerings to support sales.
• Work collaboratively with bakery team members and store leadership.
• Support additional bakery or store operations as needed.
• Remain productive during slower periods by preparing materials, practicing designs, or supporting team tasks.
