Qualifications

• Previous cake decorating or bakery experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate).
• Strong artistic and creative skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a cold/freezer environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Friendly, professional attitude with great customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, decorate, and finish ice cream cakes, pies, and frozen desserts to order and for display.
• Follow Baskin-Robbins’ standard cake designs and portion guidelines.
• Write personalized messages neatly and accurately on cakes.
• Maintain high standards for product quality, consistency, and visual appeal.
• Ensure all products are labeled, dated, and stored properly following food safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked cake decorating area.
• Take custom cake orders, ensuring clear communication of customer requests.
• Assist with order pickups and verify that every order meets guest expectations.
• Collaborate with store leadership to manage inventory and supply levels.
• Support overall store operations when needed (e.g., scooping, stocking, cleaning).
