Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools and resources, communicate effectively, and maintain stock levels while controlling shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy of decorative designs, follow recipes, work with decorating tools, adhere to food safety standards, and operate equipment properly.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, enhance the shopping experience, and engage with associates; utilize handheld technology for decision-making and encourage its use.
• Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality standards, eliminate waste, prepare for seasonal events, assist members with purchasing, and resolve issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand by providing high-quality service, support training, and inspire team members to work respectfully and supportively.
