How you’ll make the difference

Our bakeries are hubs of comfort and happiness within our Wegmans stores. As a Bakery Department team member, you’ll work alongside talented colleagues responsible for producing and packaging breads, bagels, sweet treats, and other baked goods that brighten our customers’ day. Our fast-paced, people-first bakeries are the perfect environment to showcase your baking passion.

What will you do?

1. Bake, produce, and package baked goods
2. Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries
3. Maintain fresh and attractive displays by keeping cases and aisles clean and well-stocked
4. Maximize sales through effective stocking, rotating, and merchandising of products on the sales floor and in back rooms
5. Assist with unloading deliveries and stock cases, displays, and coolers with new and existing inventory
