Position Summary

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools and resources, communicate effectively, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Plan bakery production, ensure quality and accuracy of decorative designs, follow recipes, work with decorating tools, adhere to food safety standards, operate and sanitize equipment, and understand product layout.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales and member experience, utilize handheld technology for decision-making, and adapt to new tools.
• Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality standards, manage inventory, prepare for seasonal events, assist members, and resolve issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote brand values, support and train team members, and foster a respectful and team-oriented environment.

The hourly wage range is $17.00 to $24.00, with potential premiums based on specific circumstances.
