Note: This is an entry-level, full-time position within the restaurant industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide efficient and courteous customer service to support our mission to "Run the Best Store in Town!"
2. Create a friendly, positive, and fun environment through teamwork and flexibility.
3. Greet customers and respond promptly to their needs, ensuring a customer-first approach.
4. Prepare and decorate high-quality cakes, including specialty and photo cakes, cupcakes, and cookies.
5. Maintain display cases and workstations, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
6. Manage inventory, place orders, and ensure timely delivery of special cake orders.
7. Assist in proper rotation and dating of food products.
8. Participate in cross-training across multiple areas of food service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Food service experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to meet physical, mental, and visual demands.
• Ability to follow instructions and perform routine tasks.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
