Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets members' expectations.

What you'll do...

1. Clean and maintain the Bakery area following company policies for food handling, equipment operation, and safety standards.
2. Maintain merchandise presentation by stocking, organizing displays, and ensuring proper signage and labeling.
3. Ensure quality in decorative designs by preparing bakery merchandise, operating bakery equipment, and creating decorative flowers and lettering on bakery items according to specifications.
4. Provide member service by assisting with purchasing decisions, taking orders, managing production, and resolving issues.
5. Follow safety standards and conduct safety sweeps, report unsafe conditions.
6. Maintain the bakery sales floor by handling claims, organizing merchandise, and managing shrink and damages.

Minimum Qualifications...

6 months' experience in a fresh production area, must be 18 or older, and able to complete required training and assessments.
