Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, and communicate effectively to provide excellent customer service. Be flexible to the needs of the business, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs, following recipes and measurements. Use various decorating tools to create designs on bakery items, adhering to food safety standards, sanitation, cold chain, and inventory management.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage with associates. Utilize handheld technology for making immediate business decisions related to production, merchandising, and training.
4. Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality and date control, prepare for seasonal events, and assist members with their needs and purchasing decisions.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand by providing high-quality service, interacting with associates to overcome roadblocks, and supporting training and development.
