Providing excellent guest service is key. You'll greet guests, answer questions, and address concerns professionally, helping create positive experiences daily.

Job Description

What You’ll Do:

• Decorate Bakery Items: Decorate a variety of bakery products including bars, pies, cookies, doughnuts, cupcakes, and cakes.
• Enhance Visual Appeal: Create visually appealing bakery items to boost sales and exceed guest expectations.
• Customer Service: Assist guests with bakery needs, take special orders, and bring their cake design ideas to life.
• Stock and Maintain Displays: Keep bakery displays fresh and well-stocked.
• Quality and Freshness: Ensure products meet quality standards and are fresh, removing any that do not.
• Collaborate: Work with bakery team members to meet goals and maintain cleanliness.
• Food Safety: Keep logs updated and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Attendance: Maintain regular, timely attendance and communicate absences appropriately.
• Support the Team: Perform other duties as assigned.
