Position Summary: As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. Collaborate with other associates to ensure the total club meets member expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate associates on tools and resources, communicate effectively, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy of decorative designs, follow recipes, work with decorating tools, adhere to food safety standards, operate equipment, and understand product layouts.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, enhance shopping experience, and increase associate engagement, utilizing handheld technology for business decisions.
• Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality and date control, reduce waste, prepare for seasonal events, assist members, and resolve issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, support and train associates, and foster a respectful, team-oriented environment.

Minimum Qualifications...
