Nothing Bundt Cakes Smyrna is looking for part-time Frosters! At Nothing Bundt Cakes, the Froster puts the sugar on top and makes every moment extra sweet. You’ll put the finishing touches on the cake for our guests.

Previous bakery experience is a plus, but not required. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. Part-time Frosters will be scheduled 15-20 hours per week Monday-Sunday. Shift times may vary but typically the hours are morning (8:30am-3pm), evening (1:30pm-7:30pm). Bakery hours are Monday-Saturday: 9am-7pm, Sunday: 11am-4pm.

Responsibilities
- Follow NbC proprietary frosting recipe and application methods with precision and achieve productivity goals.
- Effectively utilize measuring instruments, commercial-grade or handheld mixer and pastry bag to frost cakes.
- Prioritize cake pre-orders according to schedule and frost cakes for walk-in guest orders accordingly.
- Ensure an adequate supply of samples and frosted cakes are available for guests in the bakery display case and maintain appropriate frosting and frosted cake par levels.
- Adhere to proper packaging, labeling and storage of frosted cakes as well as product rotation standards, and maintain frosting and refrigeration logs.
- Monitor inventory of frosting supplies and notify management when replenishment is required.
- Evaluate baked and frosted cakes to ensure NbC standards are met and inform management of any quality control issues.
- Clean, sanitize and restock workstation, ensure frosting supplies are prepared for the next shift, and wash equipment in the absence of the Dishwasher/Utility Employee.
- Comply with all health and safety guidelines and NbC policies and procedures, including dress code and personal hygiene.
- Maintain a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.
