Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Food Handlers Card.
• Customer Service, pastry decorating, and retail experience desirable.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and address questions in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Assist pastry team with preparing desserts and pastries as needed.
• Take cake orders, ensure the department has fresh fruits and products, and maintain a fully stocked display case.
• Support team with baking various breads, cookies, and desserts, including pan dulce.
• Decorate cakes and pastries for customers.
• Use artistic skills to create decorated cakes and mix colors for icing.
