Job summary

Lowes Foods is seeking a friendly bakery clerk to greet guests and provide excellent service. You will prepare products for sale, decorate and label items, rotate stock, and ensure sanitation across coolers and prep areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide polite, friendly greetings and interactions with guests.
• Prepare products for sale (icing, decorating, pricing, packaging and labeling).
• Maintain product level, quality and freshness.
• Perform bakery clerk functions when requested.
• Maintain sanitation standards in the cooler, freezer, prep area and sales area.
• Clean work area, decorating bags and tools.
• Rotate ice-ings and manage color mixing.
• Read cake production sheets and write on cakes.
• Communicate guest requests to management and temperature breakdowns to supervisor.
