Off The Hook in Walker, LA is seeking a Prep Cook who thrives in a fast-paced Cajun kitchen. You will set up stations, prep ingredients, and cook menu items in coordination with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality, timely dishes.

You'll follow sanitation standards, maintain a clean station, and support teammates while delivering our Real Cajun Real Fast meals to guests. 16+ and 1 year restaurant experience required; HS diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• 1 year of restaurant experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must complete all required Off The Hook company training programs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces).
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
• Respond to guest feedback with appropriate urgency and professionalism.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
