Job summary

Carthage Area Hospital in New York seeks an RN Supervisor in Nursing Administration for full-time, rotating day and overnight shifts (7a-7:30p/7p-7:30a). Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed in the State of New York.
• BSN preferred.
• Education in nursing management preferred.
• Four years of progressive nursing experience in a hospital setting with at least one year of supervisory experience preferred.
• ACLS required.
• Approved pharmacology course or previous medication experience and successful achievement in medications examination. Must possess and demonstrate knowledge of the appropriate means to provide care to the infant, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. In addition, must possess knowledge of their growth and development requirements and age specific needs.

• At a managerial level, ensures quality of care is rendered to all patients in accordance with hospital and nursing department standards of care.

Pay Range $46.28-$61.33*+
