Carthage Area Hospital in Carthage, NY, is seeking an LPN for the AIU to work the night shift on a per diem basis. The role provides direct and indirect patient care under RN supervision and requires prompt response to patient condition changes with accurate reporting. Participation in performance improvement activities is expected.

Applicants must hold a NY LPN license, maintain BLS, and obtain ACLS within six months of starting. Per diem, night shift, 7p–7a.

Pay Range: $26.48-$31.83*+

Qualifications

• The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
