The Coeur d'Alene Casino Resort Hotel seeks a Cage Teller to cash checks, tickets, and other compensation with accuracy and friendly service. The role requires attention to detail and adherence to banking procedures during shifts.

Responsibilities include processing cash, vouchers, and currency exchanges, maintaining drawer security, and working with supervisors and security to resolve issues. A high school diploma and cash-handling experience are preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to obtain Coeur d’Alene tribal gaming license.
• Minimum six months cash handling experience; two years preferred.
• Strong customer service and basic math skills.

Mansioni

• Cash personal checks, PFJP tickets, ticket vouchers, com checks, Coinstar vouchers per customers’ requests.
• Perform currency exchanges as needed and verify cash issues with the counting machine.
• Maintain security of bank, workstation, and computer information.
• Complete paperwork neatly and sign according to policy.
• Notify supervisor or security for suspected altered checks or vouchers.
• Input information into the check cashing system accurately and perform double counts.
• Attend team meetings and training; assist with end-of-shift tasks.
