MGM Resorts in Las Vegas, Nevada is hiring a Cage Supervisor to lead daily cage operations, ensure accuracy and compliance, and deliver exceptional guest service within regulated gaming standards. You will supervise cage staff, balance banks, verify transactions, and support programs while maintaining internal controls and a welcoming experience for guests and team members alike.

You will balance the banks at shift end, prepare reports, and enforce Title 31 compliance.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of cash handling or customer service experience.
• Prior cage cashier experience recommended.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

THE JOB :

As a Cage Supervisor, you play a key role in ensuring smooth cage operations by guiding your team through accurate, efficient, and compliant financial transactions. In addition to supporting a high level of guest service, you are responsible for ensuring alignment with company policies and with Federal, State, and local gaming regulations. Your leadership helps create a secure, seamless experience for both guests and team members, delivering the kind of service that leaves a lasting impression.

THE STARTING RATE: $27.00 Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Oversee daily cage operations by monitoring quality standards, delegating tasks, running shift reports, verifying and approving transactions in accordance with internal control standards


• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest service, resolve guest complaints, supervise and support programs such as MGM Rewards, MyVegas, and the MGM Rewards Mastercard and assist with MGM Rewards member requests and disputes professionally and promptly


• Assist the Casino Cage Manager in balancing the banks at the end of each shift according to departmental variance policies and ensure that all reports and forms comply with Title 31 regulations


• Issue FREEPLAY, complimentary play coupons, and adjust tier credits for guests as requested, in accordance with company policies and procedures


• Collaborate with workforce management and the Casino Cage Manager to coordinate work schedules, handle vacation requests, and maintain attendance records to ensure adequate staffing levels


• Promote a positive, inclusive work environment that values guest service, and ensure training and succession planning align with the company's commitment to diversity

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 21 years of age or older


• Has a High School Diploma or GED


• 2+ years of prior relevant experience in cash handling or customer service


• Prior experience as a cage cashier
