Responsibilities
Responsible for the activity of Cage, Credit and Collections, including protecting the Company’s
assets and controlling the activity of the Cage, Credit and Collection personnel.
- Approve check cashing within the guidelines established by management
- Approve credit limits within the guidelines established by management (Credit Matrix)
- Handles customer complaints
- Comply with all Michigan gaming regulation procedures
- Prepare or assist in the handling of CTRC and all appropriate gaming regulation paperwork
- Oversee front line cage activity
- Monitor overage/shortage
- Balance marker bank and front money accounts
- Coordinate marker activity with pit locations and credit department
- Always conduct themselves in a professional manner
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills
- Other job-related duties as required
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent required
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in gaming environment or equivalent management
- SUPERVISES: As instructed by the highest executive in the Cage/Credit and Collections Team (may
- supervise Level II, Level III, or non-licensed team member)
- Excellent communication skills
- Understand and comply with state, federal, Company and departmental rules and regulations
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Ability to use all Cage equipment
- Skill in understanding and maintaining effective working relationships with all team Members
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patron information
