• Proficient with Microsoft Office and online accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Process cash, check, credit card, debit card, slot ticket, chip, and comp transactions for guests and team members.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and perform bank reconciliations.
• Prepare vault reconciliation and settlement reports at end of shift.
• Supervise department team during assigned shift and oversee operations.
• Address guest disputes and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain vault inventory and secure keys, checks, and related items.
