Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Dual Rate Cage Cashier at our Wisconsin-area casino. The role combines cashier duties with supervisory responsibilities on a busy casino floor, requiring accuracy, discretion, and strong guest service.

You will cash checks, issue loyalty cards, manage TRU/ATMs, coordinate end-of-day close, and support executive hosts to ensure top-tier guest experiences. Must be 21+, able to handle large sums, and comply with gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to handle large sums of money accurately.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service to customers and co-workers.
• Cash checks, money orders, cashier checks, coins or chips.
• Maintain cashier drawer accountability and balance at shift end.
• Explain and promote loyalty program and rewards.
• Operate TRU currencies and ATMs with accuracy.
• Collaborate with Revenue Audit for accurate reporting.
• Performs duties of Cage Shift Supervisor when needed.
