• Supervise the Casino Cashiering operation in Cage during assigned shifts, following internal procedures.
• Provide high-level guest service, fostering a positive, fun, and entertaining environment for guests and team members.
• Test timestamps and jet sorts.
• Review staffing levels and guest flow; assign work areas accordingly.
• Review and approve check-cashing transactions as needed.
• Monitor checkout cash to determine fill requirements.
• Oversee close-out procedures by Cashiers, ensuring drawer balances and noting variances.
• Investigate equipment or facility issues and notify the Shift Manager.
• Resolve guest complaints or concerns per standard procedures.
• Train new team members and update staff on procedures and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience, or 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• 1-2 years of Casino Cage or related experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Ability to present information clearly and respond effectively to groups and individuals.
• Strong math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and interpreting graphs.
• Effective collaboration and communication with team members at all levels.
• Ability to interact diplomatically with guests, staff, and colleagues, resolving conflicts tactfully.
• Knowledge of office machines and tools (jet sort, coin roller, 10-key, credit card systems).
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Ability to talk, hear, stand, walk, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity required for equipment operation. Visual acuity for close and distant vision.
