As the Cage Cashier Shift Supervisor, you will oversee the operations within the Cage during your shift, ensuring compliance with company policies, federal, state, and tribal gaming regulations. You will lead and guide the Cage team, manage financial assets, and uphold high guest service standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing departmental policies and procedures.
  • Evaluating and supervising Cashier Cage associates.
  • Managing multiple cashier windows and assets ranging from $40,000 to $10 million.
  • Overseeing financial transactions, ATM servicing, and cash handling.
  • Ensuring compliance with Title 31 and other regulations.
  • Maintaining accurate records and collaborating with other departments.
  • Monitoring gaming activity for suspicious behavior.
  • Supporting guest services and handling guest concerns.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Cage Cashier or Main Bank Cashier.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and obtain necessary licensing.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.

Physical and work environment requirements:
