Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas seeks a Cage Cashier and Caesars Rewards representative to safeguard assets while delivering exceptional guest service and explaining casino programs and promotions to guests. This role maintains accuracy in all financial transactions and adheres to gaming regulations.

You will process transactions, including exchanging chips and cash, and perform all related cage functions with precision.

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain a NV Gaming License.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, computer programs, 10-key calculator.
Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and guest service skills.
Ability to remain composed and professional in all situations.
Well-groomed appearance to promote a positive image.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

Provide courteous and efficient customer service in accordance with established standards.
Accurately process customer transactions, including exchanging chips and cash equivalents for cash.
Perform all cage functions with precision, including but not limited to: establishing and verifying customer credit lines; communicating credit information to appropriate personnel; executing pit fills and credits.
Collaborate effectively with team members within the department and across other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain compliance with all internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Promote Caesars Rewards benefits and offer the Caesars Rewards Visa to guests and cross-sell property amenities.
