Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of related experience.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Strong mathematical and clerical aptitude for accurate record‑keeping.
• Ability to obtain/renew Virginia Lottery Gaming Permit License.

Responsibilities

• Protect company assets and ensure compliant transaction handling.
• Handle cash, chips, checks, and foreign currency with accuracy.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer at start and end of shift.
• Verify ID and ensure compliance with gaming regs and AML procedures.
• Provide excellent guest service and collaborate with supervisors and security.
