Responsibilities
- Protect company assets and adhere to policies, procedures, and gaming regulations.
- Greet players, activate Caesars Rewards cards, and manage promotion areas during entry.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer exchanges, foreign currency, and other cage functions accurately.
- Assist with establishing credit lines, pit fill/credits, and cooperate with team members across departments.
- Explain casino programs and promotions to players.
Must be able to execute functions such as
- Cage Marker issuance and redemption, Front Money Deposits/Withdrawals
- AF/Discounts, Title 31, AML regulations
- Ticket redemptions, answer phones, handle travelers checks, wire transfers, casino credit applications, self-redemption units, chip redemptions, check cashing, credit card cash advances, coupons, fast cash, foreign currency and chips, comps, cash back, voids, new accounts, reprints, and redemptions.
- Support Total Rewards program, promotions, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Essential Job Functions
- Deliver excellent guest service with a sense of urgency.
- Represent Caesars Rewards and customer service standards as a role model.
- Maintain attendance and adhere to departmental policies.
- Protect company assets and assist other departments.
- Communicate effectively in English and adapt to changing business needs.
- Participate in meetings, promote loyalty programs, cross-sell property amenities and events, and maintain customer data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and confidentiality of customer data.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED, computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), 35 WPM typing speed.
- Organizational skills, customer service experience, cash handling experience.
- Ability to remain composed and maintain guest relations under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, professional appearance.
Physical, Mental, and Environmental Demands
Must be able to move, stand, walk, bend, lift up to 35 pounds, operate equipment, and tolerate casino environment conditions.
