Why Bally's?

Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. It owns and manages 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has access to OSB licenses in 18 states. The recent acquisition of Aspers Casino in Newcastle, UK, expands its international footprint. The Role

Responsible for operating assigned windows, including currency exchanges, jackpot payouts, chip and voucher redemptions, and providing guest assistance. Aim to learn from guest interactions daily.

Responsibilities

1. Verify assigned funds at the start and end of each shift.
2. Ensure transaction accountability through verification and documentation.
3. Issue and redeem counter checks; operate bank accounts as assigned.
4. Perform cash advance and check cashing transactions.
5. Handle customer deposits.
6. Perform duties of Pit Clerk, Credit Clerk, or Line Facilitator as assigned.
7. Adhere to all Anti-Money Laundering procedures.
8. Promote positive interactions with guests and staff.
9. Provide an entertaining environment through excellent service.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
