You will promote Caesars Rewards, maintain data integrity, and collaborate with team members. Requirements include 21+, ability to obtain NV Gaming License, HS diploma, and proficiency with Word/Excel.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain a NV Gaming License.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and 10-key calculator.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and guest service skills; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient customer service in accordance with established standards.
• Accurately process customer transactions, including exchanging chips and cash.
• Perform all cage functions with precision, including establishing and verifying customer credit lines and communicating credit information to appropriate personnel.
• Promote Caesars Rewards benefits and cross-sell property amenities and events.
