A leading entertainment company is seeking a Cage/CR associate in Las Vegas. This role involves protecting company assets, managing cash transactions, and providing top-tier customer service. Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, a high school diploma, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment. The position requires compliance with all relevant regulations and the execution of various casino programs.
JOB SUMMARY
The Cage/CR associate is responsible for protecting company assets, adhering to company and departmental policies/procedures to include gaming regulations. Accurately handles customer exchanges for chips/cash equivalents for cash, cash checks within established procedures, exchange foreign currency, and all other associated Cage/CR functions. Offer high levels of service to all guests and maintain customer information, assuring the highest standards of confidentiality. Assists customers in establishing credit lines, communicating with appropriate personnel concerning customer credit information. Handles Pit fill/credits, Marker/FM accountability, Cashiering Bank accountabilities with ease, and cooperates with team members within the department, as well as with other departments. Must be able to explain and communicate current casino programs and promotions to players. Must be able to execute all functions to include but not limited to:
