Chickasaw Nation is seeking a part-time 38 Cage Cashier to join the Treasure Valley Operations Unit 6 team at the Treasure Valley Casino and Hotel. You will cash tickets and chips, provide first-class service, and maintain balanced funds throughout shifts in a fast-paced casino setting.

The role requires honesty, punctuality, and adherence to dress code and policies. Prior cash handling and customer service experience are preferred, with ability to work varied shifts.

We are currently looking for aPart-Time 38 Cage Cashierto join our Treasure Valley Operations Unit 6 team located at the Treasure Valley Casino and Hotel.

Summary:
Cashes tickets and chips presented by patrons while maintaining a balanced bank; provides service to our internal and external guests.

Responsibilities:

• * Provides first-class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
• * Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
• * Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members, and customers of all types
• - Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment
• - Maintains and promotes professionalism
• - Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance, and other assigned work time metrics
• - Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
• * Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies, and guidelines for the assigned area
• * Develops and maintains documentation as appropriate -- files, logs, records, reports, etc.
• * Cashes out patrons and gives correct change
• * Counts and records the exchange of assigned funds at the beginning and throughout the shift with a goal of enforcing accurate exchanges
• * Balances all funds at the completion of each shift in partnership with a supervisor or manager
• * Performs all other duties as assigned
