Job Description

Execute guest monetary transactions at an assigned window bank, maintaining accurate balance counts and providing excellent customer service.

Handle guest and company funds accurately, processing all transactions and documentation per gaming regulations and company policies.

Exchange gaming chips and tickets, cash checks, and process markers and fills.

Maintain bank balance and safeguard casino cage assets during shifts.

Assist customers with credit applications and maintain credit files.

Issue window markers and safety deposit boxes to guests.

Enter markers, fill, and credit slips into the computer system.

Assist guests with inquiries and inform them about current promotions.

Maintain a professional appearance and ensure work stations are fully stocked.

This role requires standing for most of the shift.

Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age.

Previous cash handling or cashiering experience preferred.

Basic math skills and knowledge of currency.

Ability to operate calculators, computers, and money counters.

Able to bend, push, lift, and carry up to 26 pounds.

Strong communication skills with proficiency in English.

Ability to obtain and maintain necessary certifications/licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
