Job summary

Assabet Valley Regional Technical High School in Marlborough, MA is seeking a General Cafeteria Worker for the 26/27 school year. You will join a school nutrition team and help prepare and serve breakfast and lunch to students under the kitchen manager's direction.

No prior experience required, but a positive attitude and the ability to follow directions are valued. Must read and speak English, pass CORI and fingerprinting, and be reliable in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be reliable and dependable. Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Citizenship, residency or work VISA in the United States required.
• High School/Trade School degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the kitchen manager, you will prepare and serve school lunch and breakfast to the students. All proper food and cash handling procedures must be followed. Exact responsibilities will be determined by the Food Service Director.

Job Responsibilities
