Job summary

VVS Canteen is hiring a Cafeteria Worker to join the JBS Beardstown plant cafeteria team in Beardstown, IL. You will perform basic food service tasks, including cashiering, cooking, serving, prepping, stocking, and dishwashing, while keeping a clean and safe environment.

Shifts are 6:00am–2:30pm (A) or 2:00pm–10:30pm (B). Candidates must be 18+, able to stand 8 hours, lift 25–35 pounds frequently (50 pounds occasionally), and be willing to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Must be able to lift 25–35 pounds frequently and 50 pounds on occasion.
• Available to work Monday through Friday and occasionally on Saturdays.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

VVS Canteen is looking for dynamic food service workers to join our cafeteria team at the JBS plant in Beardstown, IL. The Cafeteria Worker is responsible for performing all basic functions required to operate within a cafeteria setting. The employee in this position will perform job functions that include, but are not limited to:
