Job summary

Adecco is assisting a company in Milwaukee or Franklin with a Cafeteria Prep Cook Server/Grill Cook Associate role on a campus setting. No nights or weekends; lunch is provided daily. Shifts run 5:30am-2:30pm or 6:30am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with work between Milwaukee and Franklin.

Role involves food prep, serving, and keeping accurate labels. Suitable for candidates with 3+ years in food production and strong reading of recipes and weights/measures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years of food production experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of safe food handling standards.
• Solid knowledge of weights & measures; able to read/translate recipes.
• Strong initiative, team player and organized under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of cafeteria and catering items including salads, sandwiches and raw ingredients.
• Assist chefs with hot food preparation and equipment use.
• Label and date mark products; monitor freshness and food safety.
• Follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality and portions.
• Communicate with team to ensure efficient service.
