Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in management operations and cover duties when Cafeteria Manager is absent.
• Support food preparation according to food safety standards and portion control.
• Assist with serving food following production records and portion sizes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen and equipment; stock supplies and maintain serving areas.
• Operate cash register or POS; handle money if needed and report daily totals.
• Maintain positive relationships with staff and substitutes; stand for long periods and handle temperature variations.
