Job summary

DigitalPath in Chico, CA is seeking a Cafeteria Lead for our on-site office cafe. This part-time role covers roughly 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with lunch service from 11am to 2pm. You will help run the cafe, maintain food quality, manage inventory, and ensure excellent customer service for staff.

The ideal candidate will have restaurant or kitchen experience, basic data entry, and reliable transportation. ServSafe is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a restaurant, kitchen, and food handling environment.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the Chico office.

Responsibilities

• Attend work regularly and on-time.
• Provide excellent customer service in the cafe.
• Prepare hot and cold lunches and ready-to-go food.
• Set up and merchandise food; stock supplies.
• Operate the cafe POS system and adjust POS accounts.
• Maintain cafe inventory and perform counts.
• Clean facility, service areas, and kitchen equipment daily.
• Run errands and support other tasks as assigned.
