Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash, peel, and prepare fruits/vegetables; prepare meat items; maintain sanitation records.
• Bake bread, rolls, cookies, cakes, desserts; maintain sanitation records.
• Set up trays and serve food; assist with special luncheons/dinners.
• Clean dishes, equipment, and areas; maintain storage and sanitation.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and in compliance with rules.
• Monitor inventory and stock; record keeping.
