Job summary

King & George is seeking a cafeteria/deli/bakery worker to help prepare, present, and serve specialty foods. You will clean and sanitize work areas, wash dishes, and ensure sanitary standards are met in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of related food-service experience; ability to pass a background check is required. This is a full-time, on-site position at the Whiteman AFB location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of related food-service experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up food on serving lines and portion food for individual servings according to instructions and time requirements.
• Serve food to customers, restock cold bars, salad bars, pastry cabinets, condiments, and beverages.
• Prepare coffee according to established procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of counters, trays, and dining areas; wash dishes and sanitize equipment.
• Clean kitchen equipment such as fryers, ovens, kettles, grills, mixers, and slicers.
• Sweep and mop floors; follow uniform and safety requirements.
