Responsibilities

• Sets up cafeteria lines, steam tables, dining room tables, and side service stands with hot and cold food items.
• Prepares and serves simple foods and beverages under supervision.
• Operates ovens or fryers where procedures are followed and cooking skills are not required.
• Prepares packaged food for on‑premises or off‑premises service and assembles pizzas from prepared ingredients.
• Assembles fresh fruit or salads, makes sandwiches, and portions beverages.
• Cleans and breaks down the work area after meals; operates dishwashers and performs basic sanitation tasks.
